Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

I am one of the 1%... Windows Phone users that is.

I would like to see more universally compatible products on Woot when it comes to mobile. Micro USB, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc.

Most manufacturers have moved away from the proprietary crap so even though iWhatevers are selling, there's a larger market in the rest of the tech world that doesn't require a special connector.

The latest scuttlebutt is that the new iPhone will feature a new, proprietary connector that will render all of your previous docks and accessories obsolete.

I don't think it will matter much though. Apple could introduce a new product that would require you to rewire your house, convert to Zoroastrianism, and buy a right hand drive, positive ground car made in Slovenia and the faithful would declare that it was the greatest innovation since the microchip.

And your saying that you don't secretly want a right hand drive, positive ground car made in Slovenia?

Count me in, but only if it has a dock for my Droid phone....

I am offended, as I have a Right hand drive positive ground car that was made in... wait... England. Never mind, i'm good.

Android? I hate Apple, but nobody is making good integration with car stereos etc for the random Android phones. As much as I hate Apple, I switched to an iphone and it always works- with everything- and doesn't crash. My Android sucked in comparison.

bmw is taking care of that q4 2012 or q1 2013. they are working with samsung directly. the apple versions will be hitting the usa and uk q3 2012. and will be able to run ios apps. the android version will of course be able to run android apps also. both of which will be done right on the touchscreen.

bmw = paving the way

..for massive pile-ups on the Interstate.

Seriously, every State in the US just got done banning texting while driving. Now we're making it easier for people to fiddle with apps while they drive? Gotta love German engineering. It doesn't matter what happens to the operator as long as the tech works flawlessly.
