Herein lies the problem.
There is no magic fairy dust camera at this time that ignores the laws of physics and photography, just as there is no R2D2 robots to do all kinds of repairs on my car.
In order to do quality video photography, you need to spend some effort learning the craft, just as others have done for 100+ years.
At a minimum, look up "digital zoom" and understand why a cheap little video camera is great for some things and not so great for others. These memories you want to capture are happening now, and perhaps will not be repeated.
Learn the craft and get the right tool for the job. In the long run, you will be much happier.
