OK just got off the phone with JVC. Options that were given to me:
1. Give them my Credit Card to cover the cost of the TV until the replacement arrives and they will release the hold.
2. Pay for shipping again and the box to ship out, wait 7 business days after they receive it, in order to have them inspect something they already said is defective via Photo's and receive a replacement.
I then asked what kind of warranty can purchase or have on this certified/refurbished replacement they are going to send out, after I pick one of the two options, they said my existing refurbished warranty applies to the certified/refurbished replacement which is going to expire in 25 days as of this post, minus the shipping time. After reviewing purchases made on Amazon and reviews on Cnet, to be honest, I feel I am throwing good money at bad money or down the toilet.
Woot I would be happy if you can take care of this or help me. All I want is, what I paid you for. A working 37" HD TV. To be honest I am scared to get a certified/refurbished replacement TV from JVC in which has already failed me in two months already. I would like to get a refund so I can purchase TV with a better fail rate plus a extended warranty from a manufacture who takes care of their customer. Or if Woot has some TV's in stock in which I may get instead of this one. I don't want anything for free, I just want what I paid in good faith for. Help a long time customer out, check my past orders. I have never had a problem with purchasing anything from you in 6 years, 15 pages of merchandise. Is there anyway I can get a extended warranty on this replacement with you? Or something? Please, I need some help woot!
