Road Mice: mice... that look like cars.

Okay, so you're going to scoll down, and you're going to see some mice... that look like cars. They're not cars. They're mice. But you might be confused. Because they look like cars. (Actually are: mice.)

I'm into just very plain looking mice, but these might be a great gift for someone. What do you think?

I'm just hanging out, really.

Road mice are great! I have had 3 now down to 2. Someone liked them sooo much they took one of mine. But that is OK. I only have two hands and two road mice. It works out (do the math). Wireless Mustang GT and Shelby GT500, both silver.

it is funny how the picture of the wireless mice shows 2 AAA batteries when in the description it says it needs 1 AA battery (included).

Interesting and good catch. I'll send this in for correction one way or the other. Thanks for pointing it out.

EDIT: We're still working and every sample has been checked. They all came with 2 AAA batteries. We're updating the sale now. Again, thanks for the catch.

My son would love one of these.

And by love, I mean he would make off with it, hide it in his toybox, and we'd never see it again. Ever.

next time, gimme a red camaro to match my car, and i'll consider it.

I've been eyeballing these for a while but they are cost prohibitive for somebody who's living paycheck to paycheck. I was excited to see woot got them, but disappointed that they didn't have my favorite pony-car in red.

My Viper mouse just arrived and after the test drive it is running great. I got it as a smaller and more asthetically pleasing alternative when I hook my laptop into my TV (that I also got from woot). The small USB antenna is great for reducing the cabling and preventing tripping hazards and has great range. It set up in no time after installing the 2 provided AAAs plugging in the antenna and pressing the sync button. The sensitivity is high, but that works out well on the coffee table or leg for lazy internet video watching. The storage capacity in the battery compartment for the antenna is a great idea and helps when I'm done and can display it on the shelf next to the few other car models/toys with the DVDs. Great buy and the blue headlights are a cute touch.

For those concerned with long term comfort, I don't know. The Viper body style seems more apt as a mouse, but the hood vents could either be annoying or a good place to grip, and the smaller size than the average mouse may not work well for those with big hands, like myself, for long durations.

Summary:
-Easy set up
-Works great
-Great antenna range
-Attractive design
