Raised in a Sega household, but I acknowledge that the SNES had a better library.
Everything else took a back seat to Nintendo because it had such a huge selection at that time. I'm gonna say SNES, since they actually over-shadowed their own NES when it came out.
The best game library is the Nentendo 64. That system was amazing...

Old skool Atari.

What?! No 3DO?! Kidding. I loved my SNES! Huge Star Wars nerd, and the three Super Star Wars titles kept me busy for HOURS as a kid, only to be usurped by Masters of Teras Kasi (haters gonna hate) and Star Wars: Demolition for Dreamcast! I think I owned nearly every system but the early Sega consoles... (yes that includes 3DO)
N64
Atari Demon Attack!
Master System.
I just toook a wild guess, because I've never even seen any of them.
I've owned everyone of those and had tons of games. But by far the SNES wins by quality of games.

For me, the original Nintendo had my favorite games. I played TMNT for hours, as well as Battle Tank and Desert Strike, and of course Mario and Duck Hunt, Punch-Out!, Double Dragon, 1942... So much fun. Most of my best childhood memories involve the NES. But they all have/had very good game libraries.
