I was delighted when I opened the package. It was very well packaged. One of the Wnd Cups was broken off but no Biggie. I just Epoxied it back on. It sure didn't look like it was a used Item. If you get an more used items in this shape please send me a message so I can Review t !!! I can't see why anyone should have the slightest problem in setting up this unit. A 4yr. old could set it up. The Video was easy step by step setup. Cheap Plastic Wind Cups

We purchased this in Feb. '13 and by the fall of "13 we noticed it wasn't reading properly. When we were trying to figure out why we noticed one of the wind cups had snapped off leaving only 2. This is placed on the outside of our wooden deck which sits up high. The only thing that could have snapped this is wind as nothing else is near it. One would think they would have made something a bit sturdier since this particular part is outside. Disappointed!
